Mushe (XMU) Names Solana and Stellar as New Blockchain Partners

Buzz has been growing around Mushe (XMU) in advance of its official July 4, 2022 launch. The token’s presale has already seen its value quadruple, and its upward momentum just got another boost with the official confirmation that the entire Mushe project will move from Ethereum to Solana and Stellar following XMU’s debut.

The move is part of Mushe’s long-term strategy to create a transparent, reliable, high-capacity bridge between the crypto and fiat spheres, perfect for a comprehensive suite of financial services. Ethereum was the ideal environment in which to build XMU, but Mushe’s longer-term plans will benefit from the distinct advantages offered by Solana and Stellar.

Solana may be the fastest blockchain currently in operation. Its remarkable speed and scalability make it the perfect environment for the MusheVerse, Mushe’s metaverse, which is already in development. While the Ethereum blockchain typically processes up to 15 transactions per second, Solana routinely handles more than 2,000 TPS, and currently boasts a theoretical TPS threshold of 65,000.

That kind of speed is fine for controlled testing purposes, but Solana has proven able to sustain outstanding TPS figures in real-world conditions with a large and continually growing user base. It is capable of hosting tens of thousands of concurrent users without sagging, making it an ideal infrastructure for metaverse gaming and the sorts of inter-metaverse transactions that XMU is designed to facilitate.

XMU’s financial applications will rest largely on solutions built on Stellar. Speed matters when processing financial transactions, and the Stellar protocol can easily accommodate more than 3,000 TPS, with especially quick confirmation times. Transaction costs are low, too, minimizing overheads.

Of central importance to XMU, Stellar is fast becoming the blockchain of choice for hosting cryptocurrencies and negotiating transactions between crypto and fiat holdings. Mushe Wallet will take advantage of Stellar’s distinct advantages in this area, as will MusheSwap, the system’s decentralized exchange marketplace.

XMU was listed for presale at $0.005, and has already climbed beyond $0.024, more than a fourfold increase. With three weeks left in the presale’s first stage, more than 46,000,000 of 116,000,000 currently available tokens have been sold. As the supply of presale XMU tokens continues to dwindle, its price stands to rise just as steadily. The presale’s second stage will be limited to 35% of all minted tokens, and its third and final stage to just 15%.

Supply and demand, though, may have less to do with XMU’s near-term prospects than the steady stream of positive news confirming that Mushe’s broader strategy is on schedule and coming into focus. For a token whose primary value proposition is its ability to unite the real and crypto worlds, that sort of progress is exactly what investors hoped to see.
