Shiba Inu Team Stirs Up Community With Cryptic Messages

  • Reportedly, the Shiba Inu team might share exciting news soon.
  • Shiba Inu’s Twitter team asked users to brace for what was to come.
  • Shytoshi Kusama shared an anime-style GIF on the X app, adding, “MOOD”.

The Shiba Inu team is about to ignite some serious excitement in the meme coin’s community, according to the project’s official handle on X app (formerly Twitter). In a post on Monday, August 14, 2023, the Shiba Inu official handler encouraged community members to brace for what was to come.

The post serves as a reminder to SHIB supporters about the upcoming developments and updates in the meme coin’s ecosystem. A couple of followers who responded to the post expressed their readiness and expectation for what was to come, with more focus on the expected arrival of the Shibarium network.

Shib’s post joins a series of indirect statements from top figures in the project’s ecosystem. Last week, the leader of the SHIB developer team known under the pseudonym Shytoshi Kusama, shared an anime-style GIF on the X app, signing it with “MOOD”. His post generated some excitement among the Shiba Inu community and raised users’ anticipation ahead of the expected Shibarium launch.

Kusama reportedly said with Shibarium, his team will explain why Shib is better than Elon Musk’s X and Sam Altman’s Worldcoin project. According to Kusama, their explanation will go beyond the two projects he mentioned, extending to “whoever else they try to drum up against the global army.”

SHIB’s price has been on an upward trajectory since bouncing off a yearly low of $0.00000600. The renowned meme coin has gained nearly 90% of its original value since bouncing off that price.

SHIB gained 28% in the past week by reaching a local high of $0.00001134 before consolidating. The price of SHIB at the time of writing was $0.00001050. However, expectations are high among SHIB users as the launch of the project’s layer-two solution, Shibarium draws close.
