Shiba Inu and Bitrue Engage SHIB Community in Exciting Event

Bitrue cryptocurrency exchange hosts Shiba Inu’s community admin Ragnar Shib in an AMA session focused on L2 blockchain Shibarium.

Shiba Inu and leading cryptocurrency exchange Bitrue have recently completed an AMA session for Shibarium.

Notably, Bitrue has been preparing for the AMA session since September 22, when it first announced the development. In a follow-up tweet, Shiba Inu reminded enthusiasts that the AMA would be held today at exactly 02:00 (UTC).

Ragnar Highlights Shibarium Prowess

The AMA, which took place earlier today, lasted nearly an hour, with 442 Shiba Inu’s community members tuning in.

Shiba Inu’s community admin “Ragnar Shib” provided clarity on Shibarium’s potential and how the L2 blockchain enhances transaction processing.

Ragnar emphasized that Shibarium would conveniently allow other top crypto projects to join the Shiba Inu ecosystem. According to Ragnar, Shibarium will contribute immensely to the ongoing SHIB burn efforts to reduce the token’s massive circulating supply.

Bitrue Celebrates Shibarium Launch

It bears mentioning that Bitrue has been a major fan of Shibarium. Last month, Bitrue announced two promotions to give away 10.10 billion SHIB to celebrate Shibarium’s mainnet launch.

Bitrue required participants of the giveaway to complete a series of tasks, including depositing and trading SHIB on the platform within a specific period. Notably, the giveaway event lasted from August 17 to August 31, 2023.

Shibarium is an L2 blockchain built on the Ethereum network. The network’s launch was another major step that further helped Shiba Inu shred its memecoin title.

First proposed in May 2021 by Shiba Inu’s pseudonymous founder Ryoshi, Shibarium finally launched on the mainnet on August 16, 2023.

Following Shibarium’s launch, Shiba Inu now has a complete ecosystem that includes a decentralized exchange named ShibaSwap, a blockchain game (Shiba Eternity), and a metaverse (Shib: The Metaverse).

Shibarium Sees Widespread Adoption

Despite encountering technical issues a few hours after its mainnet launch, Shibarium has been recording widespread adoption following its relaunch on August 28.

According to data on Shibariumscan, the L2 network has successfully completed 3,177,187 (3.17 million) transactions. In addition, over 1.25 million wallets have interacted with the network so far.
