According to WSJ, the judge in the Bahamas has just approved SBF’s extradition to the US. Earlier this week, the infamous entrepreneur agreed not to contest his extradition.
Earlier today, the former FTX CEO reportedly signed paperwork waiving an extradition hearing from the Bahamas to face the proceedings in the United States.
Bankman-Fried found himself amidst controversy ever since FTX went bankrupt and data surfaced revealed a concealed worth $10B to sister trading firm Alameda Research. The findings resulted in Manhattan Authorities investigating the alleged embezzlement and fraud accusations.
