Kava and other cryptocurrencies are seeing more buying pressure. This has resulted in an increase in their prices. KAVA, for example, has surged by more than 13% over the last 24 hours.
The push saw the asset attain levels not seen in more than 10 days. We observed that the coin made an attempt at its second pivot support after losing it last week. It also tested and flipped the $2.8 resistance.
Why is Kava Increasing?
While there are no strong fundamentals that could possibly push Kava, the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) showed that it experienced a bullish divergence during the previous intraday session.
Since becoming oversold last week, the asset has seen a steady increase in buying pressure expressed by the Relative Strength Index (RSI). The metric is at 45 and shows signs of hitting 50 which translates to more uptrends.
While the 83rd cryptocurrency by market cap sees a lot of improvement in its price, other coins are seeing minimal changes. For example, Polkadot gained 3% over the last 24 hours, making no notable advancement.
However, there has been a significant change in indicators. MACD indicates that the eleventh largest crypto asset has just experienced a bullish divergence and may enjoy more price increases within the next few days.
Seeing the same situation as DOT, DOGE is yet to see MACD parting but is set for more uptrends as we observed the token edging towards its second pivot support. A flip of this level will leave the $0.01 and we may see an attempt at resistance if the bulls rally the market.
The global cryptocurrency market cap is experiencing the same situation as DOGE and DOT. The last 48 hours have seen the sector’s value remain at $1.2 trillion and no further attempts at improvements.
The latest state of the market reduced trading volume. However, momentum is set to pick up next week.
