Founder of Party.Space Yurii Filipchuk says microverse experiences will be the future of the metaverse

The founder and CEO of Party.Space, Yurii Filipchuk, has stated that the future of the metaverse lies in “microverse experiences.” He stated that creators of Web3 needed to focus on boosting interactions between online communities.

Filipchuk is the founder of Party.Space, a platform launched in May 2020. The platform seeks to gamify video chats. The platform has recorded notable growth in recent months due to increased popularity regarding the metaverse. It has gained around 65 corporate clients to host virtual events.

Microverse experiences in the virtual world

According to Filipchuk, Web3 should go beyond “building a big metaverse and selling some land there.” He urged Web3 creators to focus on building the best ways to “interact online” with their communities.

This interaction will be enabled when each online community builds its own microverse. These microverse experiences can later be joined to form one big metaverse.

“We want to build microverse experiences and want people to be able to travel between them to pick the microverse that fits their vibe best,” he said. “We are really exploring the new way for people to communicate.”

The Covid-19 pandemic created a need for virtual experiences. Zoom has been one of the most utilized platforms during the pandemic as it has been used for corporate and educational purposes. Slack and Teams have also recorded a boom in popularity and adoption.

“Virtual events are here to stay because it’s so convenient, and it’s so much more fun than just speaking over Zoom,” Filipchuk said.

Doge Temple is already offering microverse experiences

Filipchuk is already engaging in building microverse experiences. Doge Temple is a microverse creation by Filipchuk, and it was launched in November 2021 as one of Party.Space’s bag of products.

Doge Temple was recently used in hosting the virtual afterparty event for the seventh annual Golden Kitty Awards ceremony for Product Hunt. Doge Temple managed to reach the semi-final stages for the Product Demo video category, but it failed to win the award. The award was won by ConstitutionDAO for the best Web3 project.

In November, Doge Temple argued that it was possible to have a large community of people interacting in a virtual world, each having their own customized experiences. The post by the firm stated, “Where metaverse tries to be everything for everyone, microverse creates a custom miniature world around existing communities, trends, and ideas.”

Your capital is at risk.
