Elon Musk, the CEO and founder of American electric car company Tesla, has not failed to show his support for the popular meme cryptocurrency Dogecoin (DOGE).
According to a recent tweet made by the billionaire investor, Musk wished all Dogecoin enthusiasts a Happy Easter.

In the late hours of yesterday, Musk tweeted “Happy Easter,” while adding an image of a dog. Though he did not specifically disclose that his warm wish was meant for Dogecoin enthusiasts, the community behind the popular meme coin was ecstatic about the tweet, as supporters of the project flooded the comment section in excitement.
Meanwhile, the pseudonymous founder of Dogecoin, Shibetoshi Nakamoto, also reacted to Musk’s recent tweet by being specific with his own tweet.
The Dogecoin pseudonymous founder quoted Musk’s “Happy Easter” tweet and wrote “Dogecoin” and a heart emoji.

Musk Supporting Dogecoin
The Dogecoin community took Musk’s Easter tweet personally because the Tesla chief has always thrown his weight behind the crypto project.
Musk is instrumental in helping Dogecoin hit its all-time high of nearly $1 last year. Aside from enabling Tesla to accept dogecoin payments for the purchase of the company’s electric car, Musk is still considering more ways to boost the utility of the meme coin.
Recently, Musk hinted that he may create a decentralized social media platform that would allow users to tip content creators using Dogecoin.
