Celsius today filed a request with the Court to fix the bar date, which is the deadline for users who seek to submit proof of claim. The hearing for this motion is set for November 1st.
Users who agree with Celsius’ records as filed do not need to fill out the proof of claim form; in such case, no further action is necessary, Celsius explained. Only those who disagree with the data or whose claim was tagged as “unliquidated,” “contingent,” or “disputed” need to provide proof of claim.
Once the Judge authorizes the claims process, customers will be provided with the relevant form along with detailed instructions.
