NFT games: goals from the EA Sports Supercup

NFT games: Socios.com and Lega Serie A have offered fan token holders of AC Milan and Inter “goal balls” from the EA Sports Supercup being played tonight.

This initiative is the inaugural launch of Socios Collectibles, the new hub of NFT Games as well as the home of blockchain-authenticated collectibles on Socios.com, powered by Gameused.com.

NFT Games: EA Sports Supercup “goal balls” up for grabs for AC Milan and Inter fan token holders

Tonight’s EA Sports Supercup final will have a special prize for holders of Inter and Milan fan tokens on Socios.com, namely to win goal balls authenticated on the Blockchain

Essentially, as soon as a goal is scored, the ball will be taken by the referee who will hand it over to a representative of the Lega Serie A who will seal it, record the minute of the goal and the scorer, and place it in a Socios.com-branded display case. This moment will be captured by cameras, before the ball, is sent to the headquarters in Chiliz, where it will be verified by the Gameused.com team and integrated with an NFC chip.

Gameused.com verifies sports memorabilia through the Chiliz Blockchain and uses embedded NFC (near-field communication) chips, allowing fans and collectors to immediately authenticate the memorabilia using their smartphones.

This means that the owner of the NFT, winning the ball, will be able to watch the actual goal whenever he or she wants.

The memorabilia will be redeemable exclusively by Inter and AC Milan Fan Token holders on Socios.com and will be part of Socios Collectibles, the new NFT Games hub for real collectibles verified via blockchain on the app, operated by Gameused.com

NFT Games: Socios.com and Lega Serie A and the first Socios Collectibles initiative

Socios.com’s latest gimmick came about through a partnership with Lega Serie A, and it allows soccer fans to be able to have their own home of NFT collectibles.

In fact, there are more than 180 major sports organizations that have adopted the Socios.com app, with fans using Fan Tokens to vote in polls, play games, show their support, and earn rewards, including VIP tickets, digital collectibles, real collectibles, and unforgettable experiences.

In this regard, Luigi De Siervo, CEO of Lega Serie A said:

“Once again we are meeting the wishes of the fans, giving them the opportunity to obtain unique and collectible items to make them feel more and more in contact with the sporting event on the field.

Thanks to this initiative we will be the first League, through the partnership with Socios.com, to allow fans to own the iconic object par excellence of a Final, the ball of a goal. It’s not just a question of enhancing the Lega Serie A product, but also of making tangible the unique emotions that football can give to fans all over the world.”

Alexandre Dreyfus, CEO of Socios.com and Chiliz also commented on the subject:

“The EA Sports Supercoppa Italia is going to be a spectacular occasion and the perfect opportunity to showcase the many ways in which Chiliz blockchain technology is bringing more value to fans and teams.

We’re delighted to work with Lega Serie A on this first-of-its-kind initiative and look forward to providing Fan Token holders with the chance to own ‘goal’ balls from the game, featuring NFC chip technology that will allow the owner to replay the goal whenever they want using their smartphone.”

Moreover, Dreyfus recalls Gameused.com’s involvement as something that can bring authenticity, excitement and content to the global sports memorabilia market. In this sense, Socios Collectibles will be the real merchandise collection verified via blockchain.

AS Roma’s mural for Ennio Morricone as decided by fans on Socios.com

Another recent initiative involving the owners of AS Roma fan tokens on Socios.com was the choice of a mural image for the 94th anniversary of the birth of Ennio Morricone, the famous maestro fan of the “Giallorossi” team.

Again, the Socios.com platform was used by the soccer team to carry out a vote with its fans, finding the participation of about 4,500 fans, all of whom are holders of $ASR, the official token of AS Roma

The work has the signature of Lucamaleonte and was titled “View of Rome.” It is, therefore, a mural that can be seen in Piazza Lorenzo Lotto, on the facade of a building in the Tor Marancia neighborhood of the Italian capital.

Socios.com allows fans of soccer teams to conduct surveys in a secure environment whose participation and results are recorded on blockchain, making it transparent and tamper-proof.
