WWE Raw Winners And Match Card

Bobby Lashley Destroys Brock Lesnar

Last week, Brock Lesnar destroyed Bobby Lashley with a series of F-5’s. Fans chanted “one more time!” This week, it was Bobby Lashley’s turn to destroy Brock Lesnar as fans chanted “Bobby!” A bunch of frontrunners if you ask me.

The good news coming out of the brawl between Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar is that Bobby Lashley didn’t have to take one German suplex from Brock Lesnar, because Lashley is still struggling to take that bump.

Gallows and Anderson def. Alpha Academy

This was basically a showcase match for the Good Brothers, who went over clean. It’s good to see them back.

Finn Balor is just as guilty of making Bullet Club references years after he left, yet he began his promo criticizing AJ Styles for doing the same.

The Judgment Day received so much heat when they walked out.

Dominik Mysterio’s heel promos are getting better every week.

Seth Rollins Appears Live

Seth Rollins donned an all red suit with zebra boots.

Seth Rollins tried to cut a heel promo, but these fans treated him like a babyface. When he talked about all the people who doubted him, they sat silent. Then when he referenced the people who did believe in him, they came alive and sang his song just like he asked them to.

I’ve had enough of Mustafa Ali—who received “what” chants—finagling opportunities, but it’s not entirely his fault, it’s due to how he’s booked as a not-so-lovable loser.

Seth Rollins put Mustafa Ali over better than Mustafa Ali ever could. Unfortunately, he sucker-punched him midway through.

Damage CTRL def. Bianca Belair and Candice LeRae

Bayley appeared on commentary, where she struggled to find chemistry with Kevin Patrick and Corey Graves.

It’s clear that the Bianca Belair vs. Bayley feud is far from over, and I don’t think it’ll be over until Bayley is the next Raw women’s champion.

Matt Riddle and Mustafa Ali actually believed The Miz is injured, and despite being alleged babyfaces, they’re the only two people in the building who are falling for this. Thankfully, Johnny Gargano was able to expose The Miz as a fraud before the match took place.

Baron Corbin def. Dolph Ziggler

It may sound like cheap heat but JBL went after Oklahoma College Football with accurate criticisms, only to bring back “Mr. Baron Corbin.” Corbin has already been revitalized!

With all these commentary changes, hearing JBL on commentary tells me WWE may have overlooked the most qualified candidate.

Baron Corbin was back in his traditional ring gear, and combatted chants of “bum-ass Corbin” throughout. This repackage was a success.

Dominik Mysterio def. AJ Styles

The O.C. will be on tomorrow’s Tuesday Night War. AJ Styles and The O.C. appeared on the November 6, 2019 broadcast of during the Wednesday Night Wars. It was one of the closest head-to-head matchups of the entire series with AEW edging out NXT 822,000 to 813,000.

With help from Rhea Ripley, Dominik Mysterio got the biggest win of his career, and to the credit of the commentary team, they really treated it like a huge upset.

The Miz attacked Dexter Lumis with a steel chair, rendering their match a no contest should it not be rescheduled tonight.

Elias Returns

Elias had a keyboard, and his beard wasn’t as long as it used to be, but it was long enough that he looked like Elias. Fans cheered him when he asked who wants to walk with Elias.

Riddle showed up with a pair of bongos, and asked Elias if he wanted to hit his bong.

Riddle jokingly playing the bongos moments before his rubber match against Seth Rollins, in what is supposed to be a highly personal feud, told me there was no way Riddle was winning.

Seth Rollins def. Matt Riddle

Elias laid out Seth Rollins right before the first commercial break, making his babyface turn official.

Sadly, Elias accidentally cost Riddle the match, so maybe he’s not out of the woods as a babyface.

Mustafa Ali appeared in the main event as he’s at least on his eighth life in WWE.

Word on the street is WWE is going to have a main event belt on Raw, but given how well they’ve booked the United States Championship in the Triple H Era, I think they already have one.
