WWE NXT In Your House Results | June 4, 2022

Tony D’s Family def. Legado Del Fantasma

This match had impeccable energy for the moment fans enthusiastically chanted “Le-ga-do!”

Fans were split down the middle throughout this match, but it wasn’t that Pavlovian dueling chant for the sake of a dueling chant. This really felt like fans had picked their sides and were repping their gang of choice.

Watching this match made me want to join a gang so bad. It was that good.

Tony D’Angelo, Stacks and Two Dimes are turning out to be a solid trios team. They kept up with Legado Del Fantasma at every turn, and it’ll be interesting to see how NXT merges these two factions as one.

Toxic Attraction def. Katana Chance, Kayden Carter

Kayden Carter and Katana Chance continue to improve as they showcased more unique double-team maneuvers throughout.

Toxic Attraction winning this match just tells me there’s no way Mandy Rose loses to Wendy Choo later on tonight. Whenever it’s time for Toxic Attraction to drop these titles, I’m convinced they’re all doing it on the same show.

Carmelo Hayes def. Cameron Grimes

Fans continued to heckle Cameron Grimes as they were in support of Carmelo Hayes. Win, lose or draw, Grimes has to turn heel coming out of this, especially going into a match with Solo, who will also be cheered over Grimes.

Trick Williams interfered throughout this match, but I was pleasantly surprised to see Carmelo Hayes regain the NXT North American Championship. Hopefully he doesn’t just flip it back to Solo Sikoa. Grimes is almost a sure bet to turn heel out of this.

Mandy Rose def. Wendy Choo

Wendy Choo has gone from dressing like a toddler to dressing like a tourist, fanny pack and all.

In the modern-day version of Earthquake squashing Jake “The Snake’s” cobra, Mandy Rose tore Wendy Choo’s pillow to shreds.

Wendy Choo fired up by tearing off the top half of her one-piece jogging suit to show a defaced Toxic Attraction t-shirt.

As telegraphed from Toxic Attraction’s victory earlier in the night, Mandy Rose retained as well.

The Creed Brothers def. Pretty Deadly

NXT stole from the Page-Punk finish at AEW Double or Nothing, except this time around, Julius was actually rewarded for not using the title belt as a weapon.

This was another surprising title change, especially considering the stipulation that the Creeds would be kicked out of Diamond Mine with a loss.

NXT turned this win into a feel-good moment as The Creed Brothers celebrated with their parents.

Bron Breakker def. Joe Gacy

This time around, Bron Breakker broke through a silhouette cutout of a person.

Anybody who was having a drinking game for this match had to include the word “aggression” given the stipulation that Breakker can lose the title if he got disqualified.

There was a big tease that Bron Breakker was going to get disqualified as two referees had to deliberate on the matter. They decided the match was to continue.

After more teases of getting himself disqualified—and a great nearfall for Gacy—Bron Breakker picked up the win with a Spear.
