Harrison Floyd, leader of Black Voices for Trump who was charged with three counts accusing him of playing a role in pressuring election worker Ruby Freeman into falsely admitting voter fraud, was booked Thursday in the Fulton County Jail, but had yet to be released as he has yet to reach a bond agreement with prosecutors.

Rudy Giuliani

Former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, charged with 13 counts, including making false claims of election fraud to Georgia elected officials and helping recruit fake electors, was released Wednesday on a $150,000 bond.

Scott Hall

Bail bondsman Scott Hall, the first defendant in the case to surrender Tuesday, is charged with seven counts largely stemming from allegations he participated in a scheme to unlawfully access voter software in Coffee County; he was released on a $10,000 bond.

Cathy Latham

Former Coffee County GOP Chair Cathy Latham, one of 16 people accused of posing as fake electors, is charged with 11 counts and was released on a $75,000 bond Wednesday.

Mark Meadows

Meadows, who partook in Trump’s infamous January 2021 call with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in which Trump asked Raffensperger to “find” votes needed to tip the election results in his favor, was charged with racketeering and solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer; he surrendered Thursday and was released on a $100,000 bond.

Sidney Powell

Former Trump attorney Sidney Powell, charged with seven counts and accused of making false claims of election fraud, was released Wednesday on a $100,000 bond.

David Shafer

Former Georgia state Sen. David Shafer, charged with eight counts stemming from his alleged involvement in the fake electors scheme, was released Wednesday on a $75,000 bond.

Ray Smith

Georgia attorney Ray Smith, charged with 12 counts and also accused by prosecutors of playing a crucial role in the fake electors plot, was released Wednesday on a $50,000 bond.

Donald Trump

Trump was charged with racketeering and 12 other criminal counts, and was released Thursday on $200,000 bond after turning himself in at the Fulton County Jail. This is the fourth criminal indictment to hit Trump this year—including two federal cases for handling classified records and trying to overturn his 2020 election loss, and charges in New York state related to an alleged hush money scheme. But unlike in his previous three arraignments, authorities in Georgia took a booking photo Thursday.

The Fulton County District Attorney’s office indicted Trump and 18 others last Monday on 41 counts related to their efforts to upend the results of the 2020 presidential election in the state. The DA’s office gave the defendants until Friday at noon to surrender in the case, and they began negotiating their bond agreements on Monday. More than half of the defendants have now agreed to the terms of their release, including Trump. All of the defendants are charged with racketeering in the case, including Trump, who faces 12 additional charges, bringing the total number of felonies he has been charged with in the four indictments against him since March to 91.

A federal judge rejected bids from Clark and Meadows to halt their arrests after they filed court papers seeking to move their cases to federal court, arguing they were acting under the scope of federal law. Shafer has also filed a motion to move his case to federal court.
