Today’s Wordle #225 Answer: Sunday, January 30th Solution

Another Sunday, another Wordle day! It’s the back-half of the weekend, but the silver lining is Sundays are the perfect lazy days for word puzzles. Worlde and chill, as it were.

The viral word game has a devoted fan-base at this point, which also means it has a devoted detractor base that hates all things Wordle for reasons nobody really understands. Josh Wardle’s free-to-play, ad-free, microtransaction-free puzzle game is lots of fun. And it’s even better since you can only play once a day! See, it’s not even too addictive!

Today’s Wordle Word Of The Day Answer #225

Before we get to the answer—SPOILER WARNING!!!—a hint:

How we made the wet towel dry.

This went pretty well, even though it took four guesses and I clearly screwed up guessing our former president. ‘T’ was already a no-go and I put an ‘M’ where I knew an ‘N’ was supposed to go. What the heck?

Still, there weren’t a ton of options I could think of with ‘RUN’ in the middle. ‘W’ is a pretty common letter to start these out with, and not a whole lot else can preceed an ‘R’ so I eventually came upon WRUNG for the win!
