Shiba Inu join hands with CDSA to resolve AI concerns within Shibarium

Shiba Inu becomes the first Layer 2 (L2) blockchain network to team up with the CDSA (Content Distribution and Security Association) to improve blockchain technology in terms of content distribution and security.

On 11 April 2024, SHIB, the collective of digital solutions and assets based on Ethereum, including the popular meme token Shiba Inu, disclosed its collaboration with the CDSA in its statement at CoinDesk.

Shiba Inu’s team of developers will soon propose and create blockchain technologies tailored to the entertainment and media industry’s requirements and focus more on content distribution and security.

CDSA was launched in 1988 as a global non-profit organization that works towards offering reliable practices for the storage and delivery of entertainment information, technology, and software.

The Shiba Inu lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, mentioned how the team is excited to introduce a unique perspective to blockchain technology and the efforts of CDSA in helping entertainment and media executives use these cutting-edge technologies, especially focusing on the intersection of artificial intelligence and blockchain.

According to the developers of Shiba Inu, Blockchain technology can help resolve concerns related to plagiarism and deep fakes in the ever-expansive artificial intelligence industry. They also highlighted the fact that several AI models are being trained in content that is publicly available, thereby raising alarms for researchers.

At the time of writing, Shiba Inu’s SHIB tokens are trading at $0.0000276 with a market cap of $16,255,236,294, making SHIB the 12 largest cryptocurrencies. The end goal of Sheba Eno is to become a global stable currency used by people from different countries as a payment method and store of value.

While focusing on the expansion of SHIB utility, the team also introduced the Metaverse with the name to create a fun, interactive, and immersive environment where users can, on passive income, explore and collect in-game resources.
