Payer Appoints Dominik Belloin as New Chairman of the Board

B2B payments company, Payer today announced that the company has named Dominik Belloin, one of its board members, as the new Chairman of the Board. The Swedish firm mentioned that the appointment now awaits the approval of the FSA.

With approximately 34 years of experience in the financial services industry, Belloin is a prominent name in Europe’s corporate sector. He has worked with companies like Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Oddo, the Bertelsmann Group, and Kepler Cheuvreux.

The Board of Directors of the Swedish payments firm consists of five members, including Dominik Belloin, Chairman of the Board and former CEO of Kepler Cheuvreux Corporate Finance; Hanse Ringström, Member of the Board of Directors Andra AP-fonden (AP2) & former Head of SEB Asia; Peder Berge, founder and CEO; Roland Williams, a Creative Director at HiQ, and Kai-Stefan Einvik, founder and Managing Partner of Corinthian Venture Partners.

Belloin holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School. During his time at Goldman Sachs, he accelerated the expansion of the bank’s operations. In his new role, Belloin aims to facilitate Payer’s growth.
