The study, which included 843 marketers with different degrees of expertise, was designed to find out how marketing gurus are adjusting to emerging trends.

Can Metaverse replace Social Media?
In 2022, social media and content marketing were still the go-to places for marketing chances. This was true of marketers of all ages and levels of expertise.
However, there is a new neighborhood in town: The Metaverse. In 2022, 61% of all marketers expected their brands to have a presence in the metaverse.
When compared to those with less experience, marketers with 6+ years of experience were much more likely (64%) to advocate a brand’s existence in the metaverse (53 percent ).
The crypto space has also hit marketers’ imaginations. 57 percent of all marketers responded that using cryptocurrencies will be a component of their marketing efforts this year.
NFTs attracted to one out of every four marketers. non-fungible tokens become popular in the past year. They are the fourth most popular trend among newer marketers.
Metaverse and Marketing
According to Unsupervised, the business that performed the poll, many marketers saw promise in the metaverse realm.
“Bitcoin acceptance, which has gained in popularity this year, was preferred by 38% of marketers, indicating potential future growth in the industry and emphasizing the need of metaverse adoption in future projects.”
“In marketing, flexibility and the capacity to adjust to change are critical. If you don’t keep your finger on the pulse of the industry, you might not even comprehend the marketing sector, let alone manage content successfully.
Many marketers have welcomed new locations, such as the metaverse, as places with almost unlimited potential.”
