Last weekend, a group called Afterparty set out to prove that NFTs are useful in the real world- they held an event called Afterparty NFT Art & Music Festival.

To be admitted to the event, investors needed to have NFTs.

It gathered nearly 6,000 people, according to reports. On the bill were 40 musical acts, DJs, and digital artists.

The Chainsmokers were the festival’s headliners, performing their first-ever NFT Live Mint on stage. Sophie Tucker, Bob Moses, and Swae Lee all performed, as did The Kid Laroi.

At the lovely Las Vegas venue AREA15, NFT artists present digital and musical marvels. Sia was present.

When and where?

Over Halloween weekend in Los Angeles, the Afterparty will hold the next NFT arts and music festival. Access will be unlocked via the company’s second-generation NFT collection (due out soon).

The afterparty took over the Las Vegas Strip before the event. They brought in Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter and Heidi Klum, a model.

Afterparty NFTs were mined by both celebrities. On three levels of a hotel, digital art was projected.

Lauren Gray, Bryce Hall, Josh Richards, and Riley Hubatka, among others, took part in the live mints.

According to Afterparty, they set out to make it more than just a festival. “The Web3 Company and Platform were created to allow creators and their most ardent followers to benefit from the true value of NFTs.”

While interest in NFTs is decreasing, those NFT projects that improve the lives of their holders must maintain the NFT spirit.
