Justin Aversano revealed Plans for Physical NFT exhibitions

The popular NFT photographer and founder of Quantum aspire to bring the real and virtual worlds closer together.

When and how?

However, in the last year, numerous physical art galleries have hosted NFT exhibitions. Justin Aversano, an NFT artist, stated on Monday at the Non-Fungible Conference in Lisbon that he will open one in California.

After his onstage address at NFC Summit, Aversano told Decrypt, “It’s going to be a location that’s a home for artists, collectors, and beginners.” “This is for folks who have never purchased an NFT before, to allow them to come into a place, choose a piece that speaks to them, swipe their credit card, and the money is sent into their Ethereum wallet.”

Aversano aims to create a 3,600-square-foot real gallery in Santa Monica in early June through his company, Quantum, which curates and “drops” pieces by NFT photographers and now artists.

Attract investors and avoid scammers

Holders of “Quantum Key” NFTs, of which there are 1,000 in total, will have exclusive access to a hybrid gallery/store/co-working space: They’ll be able to work, socialize, and buy art, which will cost anywhere from $100 to 1 ETH ($3,430 at the time) for serious collectors.

Last year, Aversano became well-known for his photo project Twin Flames, in which he photographed twins all over the world and sold millions of dollars in prints, making his photography among the most valuable ever sold. Christie’s auctioned one of Aversano’s NFTs last October, so he’s used to them showing up in actual galleries.

The venue will be paid for through the sale of Quantum Keys.

Individual artwork sales will be handled by the galleries in the same way as Quantum does online, with the latter taking a 20% cut of earnings produced by NFT sales on its platform.

“The first thing we wanted to see is if we could get enough collectors together to afford the cost of renting the space?” says Quantum COO Jonas Lamis.

While NFT communities are fantastic for assembling groups of like-minded people remotely, they frequently lack interpersonal connection, repel casual viewers, and require continual filtering for scammers, according to Aversano.
