IOST announced the launch new $100 million USD incentive fund- Big Candle Capital can also fund IOST

The IOST Foundation, the organization behind the IOST blockchain, a gas-efficient proof-of-believability-powered smart contract platform, announced the launch of a new $100 million USD incentive fund for EVM developers today, in collaboration with venture capital institutions and ecosystem partners, with the goal of developing projects and propelling the growth of IOST’s multi-chain ecosystem.

“Accelerator Fund”

The “New Ecosystem Fund” and the “Accelerator Fund” are part of Project Entroverse’s newly announced 100 million USD fund, which is aimed at developers all around the world.

IOST introduced Project Entroverse on March 31, 2022, a blueprint aimed at creating a growing, interoperable, and interconnected blockchain network.

IOST’s on-chain apps, mainnet infrastructure, and tools will be expanded with the help of a new Ecosystem Fund.

Through IOST, the Accelerator Fund will give funding, financial assistance, and bonuses to development teams and projects.

Big Candle Capital (BCC) intends to fund IOST

Big Candle Capital is the fund’s largest investor. This special fund is open to all outstanding projects deployed on other EVM-compatible chains with multi-chain development ambitions, not just those developing dApps on the IOST chain.

The IOST Foundation, in collaboration with numerous investment institutions and ecosystem partner nodes, launched Big Candle Capital as a venture capital business in 2017.

Big Candle Capital has invested in over 80 initiatives, including IOST, LINK, BNB, DOT, UNI, and DYDX, all of which were extremely successful and yielded a total return of 1000 percent, with a peak asset worth of over $700 million.

BCC’s Investment focuses on…

BCC is focusing on projects in the Defi, NFT, GameFi, Web3, and Metaverse-based dApps sectors at various levels of development.

All teams and ideas, however, are welcome. BCC also provides auxiliary services for the invested projects, including money, technology, token model, promotion, community building, and links with exchanges.

The amount invested ranges from $30,000 to $5,000,000.

Applicants for BCC’s exclusive financing do not have to be building IOST-specific dApps. Outstanding initiatives on other EVM-compatible chains that have multi-chain development goals are also encouraged to apply for funding.

BCC’s funding is mostly focused on Defi, NFT, GameFi, Web3, and Metaverse-based dApps. All creative teams and ideas, on the other hand, are welcome.

BCC accepts angel, seed, strategic, A round, B round, C round, and Pre-IPO investments, as well as token and equity investments at the same time.

BCC analyses projects and teams in depth using its strong network and data analysis resources based in Asia to obtain the greatest ROI.

To reduce risk, BCC makes diversified investments based on the assets’ life cycle and trends.
