The Pursuit of NFTs

Gaming mammoth Konami is one of the numerous gaming organizations that are attracted towards NFTs. Organizations like GameStop, EA, Square Enix, and Ubisoft have all released Non fungible tokens facilities and commodities or have active plans to launch them.

However, many of the strategies have experienced a counterblast by people, both because of the escalated hype surrounding Non Fungible Tokens and the excessive costs of blockchain mining.

Some of the counterblasts have already been faced by Konami regarding its strategies for NFTs, as the comparisons were made by the critics regarding the cold-shouldered shift to the pachinko machines. However, at present, no organized rival is in sight against Konami, and the gaming giant seems to be moving ahead with the non-fungible token bidding.

En passant, the news came along with SEGA’s announcement revealing lately that the strategy regarding the non-fungible tokens might face its end because of its hostile reception. The strategy regarding NFTs was announced by SEGA back in March 2020.

NFTs are becoming mainstream day by day and are a great source of income for artists, especially those who are into digital art.
