Banking Circle Names Nick Tubb as Global Head of FX

The payments bank, Banking Circle has recently announced the expansion of its team with the appointment of Nick Tubb, former European Sales Director at AFEX Ltd, as the company’s new Global Head of foreign exchange (FX).

Through the appointment of Tubb, the bank is planning to boost its FX strategy. In his career of more than two decades, Tubb worked with some of the world’s leading companies. He has joined Banking Circle from the digital commerce management team at Worldline (formerly Ingenico / Global Collect).

According to Banking Circle, Tubb’s previous experience in the payments industry will help its growth in the FX space. Anders la Cour, CEO of Banking Circle Group expressed his happiness over Tubb’s appointment.

“His career has spanned cross-border payments, FX, and global e-commerce in B2B environments around the world, almost exclusively working for businesses in high growth phases.
