crypto.com announced as title sponsor for F1 Miami Grand Prix

Crypto.com has been announced as the title sponsor for Formula 1’s Miami Grand Prix which will see the platform and the racing world championship join for a nine-year deal.

South Florida Motorsports (SFM) revealed the prestigious new deal, in which Crypto.com will be incorporated into the racing events signage across the stadium as well as the official event title.

Jeremy Walls, Senior Vice President of the Miami GP noted in a statement:

“We are excited for our long-term title partnership with Crypto.com. We share their commitment to innovation and will apply those high standards to the fan experience at the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix”

Crypto.com formed a global partnership with Formula 1 in June last year, which has seen Crypto.com continue to grow their brand awareness on an international stage.

The Miami International Autodrome will be the 11th different venue in the United States to host a World Championship Formula 1 race and will feature signage from Crypto.com

Kris Marszalek, Co-Founder and CEO of Crypto.com commented on the multi-year deal:

Sponsorship between cryptocurrency platforms and the sporting industry has gained significant traction over the past couple of years, allowing the nascent crypto industry to gain exposure to a worldwide audience, and providing sporting clubs and teams with an additional income stream. The latest sponsorship deal for Crypto.com further cements their foothold in the international sporting arena.
