Coinbase has established Germany as a regional talent hub as part of its “Go Broad, Go Deep” international market strategy. The move builds on Coinbase’s existing operating model and reflects Germany’s regulatory clarity and commitment to tech innovation, according to Daniel Seifert, Vice President and Regional Managing Director, EMEA at Coinbase. Coinbase’s German operation has more than doubled in headcount over the past year and will be integral in sourcing and developing local crypto talent as it seeks to expand its product and service offerings across the region.
