Binance largest crypto exchange has played an important role in assisting Thai law enforcement with two operations to dismantle criminal networks responsible for major crypto scams. Recently, Binance collaborated extensively with Thai law enforcement, responding to requests for investigations, prosecutions, and asset seizures related to cybercrime investigations. In a significant case, Binance collaborated with the Royal Thai Police and U.S. Homeland Security Investigation to dismantle a criminal ring behind a pig butchering scam that had impacted thousands of people in Thailand, arresting five principal members and confiscating assets valued at around THB 10 billion ($277 million).
