Animoca Brands Unveils Its Unaudited Final Accounts, Shows Crypto, Cash Reserves

Animoca Brands Spreading Its Funds Rationally Among Projects

Crypto games and digital entertainment publisher based in Hong Kong, Animoca Brands, unveils unaudited financial statements for the previous 7 months.

According to the report, the organization has made investments of more than $1.5 Billion across over 340 projects as of 30th April, involving Star Atlas, Alien Worlds, Harmony, Yield Guild Games, Dapper Labs (NBA Top Shot), OpenSea, Axie Infinity, and Colossal among others.

Back in January, Animoca Brands had a net worth of more than $5 Billion after the funding round led by Liberty City Ventures. Other noteworthy participants in this round involved Soros Fund and the Winklevoss Twins.

As per the Animoca Brands, they have earned more than $721 Million through NFT and token sales, involving the aftermarket sales and other non blockchain activities.

The organization’s other income over the same duration included losses and gains of investments and virtual asset holdings of around $211 Million in BUSD, USDT, USDC, ETH and BTC.

The organization’s other reported virtual asset holdings include unspecified 3rd party tokens worth around $659 Million.

On top of that, the organization said that it held virtual asset reserves of around $4.2 Billion, which weren’t involved in the Balance Sheet. These reserves involved Animoca Brands tokens GMEE, TOWER, REVV, PRIMATE, QUIDD, and SAND among others.
