As there exists a growing trend of cryptocurrencies and NFTs, while the metaverse has recently grown into the ambit of the same, many are hoping to look forward to such mechanisms of decentralized tokens in their virtual worlds of the metaverse. However, as the alluring world of metaverse seems to be a farfetched reality, they surely have secured spots at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES).
The CES is an annually organised event where top notch tech companies participate and exhibit their products, ideas, schemes and prototypes of the future. It includes keynote speeches from various tech giants including LG, Sony, Nvidia etc. However this year, various blockchain and crypto centric companies are set to participate in the event in a major way for the first time.

The CES 2022 is set to begin in Las Vegas, where the event runs from Wednesday to Friday and will host more than 2,200 participants to exhibit their products. The Famous blockchain and cryptocurrency companies include Exchange giants like FTX or NFT platforms and developers like Blockparty and Atomic Form.
The CES will also host various experts as keynote speakers including Faryar Shirzad,the chief policy officer of coinbase and founding director of filecoin. Clara Tsao while also hosting the CEO of Art Blocks, Eric Calderon. The CES will also conduct a panel on cryptocurrencies, where major concerns and dynamics of the cryptos will be discussed including topics related to the stability of Stable coins or should cryptos be used as a means to payment or functions of traditional banks in accordance with cryptos.
Furthermore, the organisers of CES, a spokesperson of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) also mentioned that apart from crypto centric companies various traditional brands will also promote their developments related to the metaverse tech including blockchains and cryptocurrencies being a part of the same.
The Senior manager of industry intelligence at CTA, Brian Comiskey further pointed Samsung’s CES plans where the manufacturer has also reportedly radiented its blockchain based initiatives. and will also announce the integration of NFT platforms for its smart TVs. Furthermore Comiskey believes that Samsung could be the one stop axis for the internet economics and various technologies surrounding the same. The Event also covers various other exhibitors and is authentically a true place to perceive insights into the future.
