XRP Gains Outperforms BTC, ETH; Ripple Moves 900 Mln XRP Back

XRP News: Ripple’s native crypto, XRP price is riding on an upward trend supported by the positive outcomes landing in the favor of the blockchain firm. Data suggests that XRP managed to outperform the biggest cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) by gaining 13% over the past 30 days.

As per the monthly routine, Ripple unlocked its escrow wallet to add 1 billion XRP tokens (approx worth $515 million) in the circulations. It is observed a token’s price declines when a huge amount of tokens gets added to the circulating supply. However, XRP price remained steady countering the selling pressure. It has a circulating supply of 51.9 billion XRP.

Data depicts that XRP has turned out to be the biggest gainer in the last 30 days among the top 30 cryptos. Its price surged by a whopping 14% over this period of time, while Bitcoin and Ethereum prices decline by 4% and 1% respectively. Read More XRP News Here…

While XRP gains registered in the last 7 days have also outperformed the top 10 cryptos. Ripple’s native crypto price surged by almost 12% over this period. However, BTC and ETH price managed to print green indexes with a jump of 1.2% and 3.4%, respectively.

XRP is trading at an average price of $0.518, at the press time. Its 24 hour trading volume is down by 11% to stand at around $1 billion. It has managed to breach the market cap of around $27 billion despite facing legal troubles from the US SEC.

Ripple Return 900 Million XRP Back

WhaleAlert reported that 900 million XRP (approx worth $459 million) were moved back to Ripple’s Escrow wallet in multiple transactions over the past 24 hours. The biggest transaction recorded by the tracker has been of moving a 400 million XRP (approx worth $204 million) to the escrow wallet.
