Popular analyst Ali Martinez stated in his post that “717,331 new BTC addresses” were created on September 9.

This number was the largest increase since December 14, 2017, when Bitcoin had more than 800,000 new addresses created in one day.

Apart from Ali Martinez, Glassnode also shared important data about BTC. Accordingly, the number of addresses holding 0.1 or more Bitcoin reached an all-time high of 4,482,538.

The record breaking of the number of Bitcoin addresses was interpreted as the interest in BTC increasing day by day.

“Number of Addresses Holding 0.1 or more BTC in Bitcoin reached ATH of 4,482,538. The previous ATH was observed on September 10, 2023 at 4,482,496.”
