According to the latest information, the SEC postponed WisdomTree’s spot Bitcoin ETF application.
According to the documents, the SEC also postponed the Bitcoin Spot ETF application of Blackrock, Invesco Galaxy, Vaneck, Bitwise and Valkyrie.
“The Commission finds it appropriate to establish a longer period for taking action on the proposed rule change in order to have sufficient time to consider the proposed rule change and the issues raised herein,” the agency said in a statement.
The SEC has until October 17 for WisdomTree and Invesco Galaxy and October 19 for Valkyrie for the next review deadline.
