Vietnam Most Famous Water Sports Destination Now Accepts Shiba Inu

Shiba Inu Holders Can Now Book Activities At Vietnam’s Popular Water Sports Location.

Travala, a cryptocurrency-friendly travel booking platform, has recently expanded Shiba Inu’s utility as a payment method.

In a recent tweet, Travala said Shiba Inu holders can now use the canine-themed token to book activities at Phú Quốc, Vietnam’s most popular destination for water sports. Some of the activities that SHIB holders can book include sailing, kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, etc.

Travala Fostering Shiba Inu’s Adoption

Travala is fostering Shiba Inu’s acceptance as a payment method. Recall that Travala added support for Shiba Inu in December 2021. Following the initiative, Shiba Inu holders could book over 3 million travel products listed on the Travala website.

In November, Travala announced that Shiba Inu holders could pay for bookings at W Hotels, a Dubai-based five-star luxury hotel. In addition, Shiba Inu and Travala teams inked a partnership deal in November that gave SHIB community members an exclusive offer. As reported by TheCryptoBasic, Shiba Inu community members were asked to create an account on Travala to receive a free credit worth $25. Shiba Inu holders could use the free credit to book over 3M hotels, flights, and other travel products on the Travala platform.

As the day goes by, Shiba Inu has been seeing greater utility for cryptocurrency, especially its acceptance as a payment method. As a result, leading cryptocurrency payment providers, including Binance Pay and BitPay, have been rolling out solutions allowing businesses to accept Shiba Inu payments.

Businesses can pay their employees salaries in SHIB tokens. In addition, Shiba Inu holders can also make donations to top nonprofit organizations, including Albert Einstein Medical School.

As reported earlier, prominent crypto educator Davinci Jeremie called on the cryptocurrency community to purchase SHIB. It is worth noting that Jeremie is known for his 2013 YouTube video, where he begged people to purchase a minimum of $1 in Bitcoin.
