Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder of FTX, announced on Wednesday that he would be speaking at an upcoming New York Times summit on November 30.

According to a New York Times representative, Bankman-Fried is now scheduled to take part in the interview from the Bahamas. The speaker page had previously described Bankman-Fried as “C.E.O., FTX,” according to a Gawker article from November 11. The speaker page, however, now indicates that his title has been changed to “Founder, FTX,” indicating his resignation from the role since FTX’s bankruptcy filing.

The list of interviewees and speakers includes Bankman-Fried, New York City Mayor Eric Adams, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, former Vice President Mike Pence, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and others.
