TZ APAC in conjunction with Fortify Labs has announced its second wave of cohort inductees with Bluwhale, Facial DN(A+I) Network, IDRX, Lilypad and Predictwise making the grade of 2025. Startup studio and incubator program Fortify Labs is welcoming the new inductees to its talented builders program on the Tezos and Etherlink ecosystems.
Each project will receive a $10,000 grant based on milestone completion with an increased cash injection of $200,000 should they meet required revenue targets, weekly active users, volume, and community engagement.
David Tng, Managing Director at TZ APAC, outlined the importance of the announcement, not only for TZ APAC and Fortify Labs, but the wider Tezos and Etherlink ecosystems. “Fortify Labs represents our commitment to roll up our sleeves and help the next generation of Web3 innovators succeed. We’ve designed this program to provide bespoke mentorship and strategic guidance in the areas early-stage founders need most. We’re excited to see this new group of visionaries transform their ambitious ideas into sustainable, profitable businesses on Tezos and Etherlink.”
The successful projects now enter a seven-month program of support and mentorship with a dedicated one-to-one coach and ongoing marketing support. Particular areas of focus will be go-to-market, fundraising, and wider macro strategy. The 2025 list of cohort members also gain access to the Fortify Labs community, as well as technical support, with introductions to curated VC lists via TZ APACs industry connections.
The Class of 2025
TZ APAC welcomed program applicants from a wide array of industry sectors this year, covering decentralized personalization protocols, esports platforms, AI rendering networks, and fully collateralized stablecoins.
The successful applicants include Bluwhale, a decentralized personalization protocol empowering users to control and monetize their data in web3, and Facial DN(A+I) Network, which leverages AI technology to power its secure data network layer.
Lilypad, a distributed computing network, continues the AI theme, running AI workload models including Stable Diffusion and Stable Diffusion Video. IDRX is the single stablecoin provider on the list, offering conversions for the Indonesian Rupiah. The Indonesian crypto market is significant, growing by 353% last year, with the estimated number of crypto natives now over 21 million according to Investor, a local media outlet.
Rounding off the varied list of Fortify Labs latest cohorts is Predictwise, a crash game and betting platform enticing users to compete with potential wins of up to 10,000x.

The Fortify Labs Story
The latest round of intakes to the Fortify Labs Cohort group marks the second year of its operation. Previous inductees to TZ APAC’s Fortify Labs program include Questflow, an AI-agent agent orchestration tool, which achieved 156x growth and a 500% boost to revenue generation.
OCV Labs, which helps its users to tokenize and manage onchain assets, is another demonstrable success story, growing from zero to five-figure revenues, achieving 1,300 daily active users.
Significant changes and business re-alignments are another feature of the mentorship program. Under Fortify Labs’ guidance, akaSwap pivoted from a Web3 gaming platform to a creative Web3 activation agency. OCV Labs and akaSwap went on to secure Tezos Foundation funding after exceeding key performance metrics.
Fortify Labs invites web3 enthusiasts to engage with their ongoing program and cohort projects through TZ Apex, an incentives-based community rewards program.
