the mobile app on TON integrates the Keystone Hardware Wallet

Tonkeeper, the mobile app on TON, has announced that it has integrated the Keystone Hardware Wallet, promoting its high security standards.

TON: Tonkeeper integrates the Keystone Hardware Wallet

Tonkeeper, the platform built on TON (The Open Network) blockchain, announced that it has integrated the new Keystone Hardware Wallet.

“We are excited to announce that the Keystone Hardware Wallet can now also be used with the mobile version of Tonkeeper: This fantastic hardware wallet can be used for greater security to store your valuable assets! Full announcement: https://t.me/tonkeeper_news/187 #ton #coldwallet #hardwarewallet.

It’s here, @ton_blockchain fan. Our integration with Tonkeeper mobile is active and ready to be used. Huge compliments to the incredible @tonkeeper for their dedication and brilliance. Update the app to the latest version and share your valuable feedback.

The partnership aims to offer Tonkeeper users, the high standard of security offered by Keystone.

In fact, according to the description, it seems that the open-source hardware wallet is known for its advanced security, especially for having undergone rigorous audits by some of the most important companies in the sector.

Not only that, a peculiarity of the new hardware wallet integrated on Tonkeeper is that it has 3 chips that guarantee the security of the product, produced by 3 different companies.

Tonkeeper on TON and Keystone Wallet: the mission is to ensure more security for users

In another post on X, Keystone shows with a video how users will be able to choose to use the hardware wallet on the Tonkeeper app.

“Exciting alert, @ton_blockchain fan! Get ready, our Keystone x @tonkeeper is coming and here’s a preview for you! Now, tell us what features you would like to see in the next preview. Share your thoughts below and stay tuned! #buildinpublic”

In practice, the Tonkeeper user will be able to choose to send their crypto on the mobile app, selecting “paga con Keystone” and executing the transaction by scanning the QR code of their Keystone wallet address.

In fact, Keystone has a 4-inch screen that allows you to clearly control every transaction to avoid the risk of blind signing, thus signing transactions that are not understood, a scam unfortunately very common in the bull and bear crypto world.

Not only that, through the QR Code method, Keystone manages to keep everything offline, including the recovery phrase, minimizing the risk of exposure of the latter.

The price of TON

In the meantime, the price of TON is registering a bullish trend in the last seven days, with the price rising by +16%.

At the time of writing, Telegram’s crypto, Toncoin (TON) is worth $5.39.

Despite the recent arrest and release of the CEO and founder of Telegram, Pavel Durov, the predictions for TON seem to be positive.

Some analysts have reported the hypothesis that if TON manages to rise above $5.5 and stay there, then it will be possible to see the price rise even above $6.1. On the contrary, if TON fails to hold the support, it could instead fall to $4.9 and beyond.
