Shibarium beta version wallets surpass 100k mark

LucieSHIB, a Twitter account devoted to the shiba inu meme coin breed, has highlighted the increasing use of “Puppynet,” the public beta version of Shibarium, as the Shibarium network recorded a new milestone.

The number of wallet addresses communicating with the Shibarium beta protocol has surpassed the 100,000 mark, marking the achievement of a new benchmark by the Shibarium beta.

According to the data available on PuppyScan, there are now 101,579 wallet addresses. The total number of blocks on the protocol is 156,513, while the total number of transactions on the protocol is 195,898. The typical waiting time for a block is still five seconds.

On March 11, the early beta test of the Shibarium network, which was given the name “PUPPYNET,” was made available to participants. Concerns about the chain ID being copied led to the redeployment of a new beta network with the chain ID changed from 917 to 719.

On March 17, six days after its launch, new milestones were hit by Puppynet, with wallet addresses reaching the 2,560 mark as a part of the milestone. This number has significantly increased to over 101,000, demonstrating its usefulness for the Shibarium layer 2 testnet.

Shibarium intake forms on the rise

The number of Shibarium intake forms has also increased to 7,000. At the end of February, Shytoshi Kusama, in charge of the shiba inu project, distributed a Shibarium intake form to develop support for individuals interested in taking action on shib.

A total of over 3,000 completed Shibarium intake forms were received before the beta launch of the platform. According to a shiba inu Japanese community member named Kuro, who shared screenshots of comments made by the shiba inu lead Kusama, this number has now increased to more than 7,000.
