Shiba Inu Lead Reveals Vision of SHIB becoming a tech giant

Shytoshi Kusama, Shiba Inu’s (SHIB) lead developer, has unveiled the ecosystem’s vision to become a global powerhouse in five years. Kusama disclosed this while speaking at “Bill It Up” with Cypher Capital co-founder Bill Qian.

Big Plans Ahead for Shiba Inu

Kusama commended the Shiba Inu team and noted that the ecosystem is evolving rapidly. He also praised the community for its substantial progress and insisted that the ecosystem has a larger adoption curve to pursue.

The pseudonymous leader highlighted that the team aims to make Shiba Inu a global powerhouse. He urged crypto enthusiasts to align with this vision to change the trajectory of history by onboarding Web2 users to Web3. 

Kusama praised Shiba Inu for offering a value proposition that was different from that of its competitors. He argued that Shiba Inu, unlike most memecoins, has utility, a known brand, and a technology powerhouse to scale its global adoption. Kusama maintained that Shiba Inu’s rivals are ecosystems like XRP and Solana rather than memecoins.

He spotlighted Shiba Inu’s latest partnership with the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure as one of its efforts towards achieving global scaling. As we covered in our latest report, the UAE aims to advance next-generation Web3 solutions in energy and infrastructure.

In his latest interview, Kusama noted that Shiba Inu is not done with its global expansion plans. He emphasized that the team’s vision is to see “powered by SHIB” worldwide. He said that SHIB will need to partner with governments and other agencies to push the Shiba Inu technology globally to achieve this goal. 

The vision aligns with the recently unveiled blockchain-based operating system, ShibOS. In our last update, we examined ShibOS, which opens an opportunity for a fully decentralized future.

Moreover, the Shiba Inu developers recently created the 36 Chambers of Tech, as featured in a CNF post. This stack focuses on over 30 technological pieces, ranging from Shibarium to Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Metaverse, and Web3 games.

Shiba Inu’s Global Vision

The developers modeled these innovations into operating systems, each with distinct functionalities and implementations. The ecosystem’s lead developer highlighted that these operating systems will lead its global push. 

Kusama highlighted that the innovation will be utilized in several global businesses, including large-scale and medium-scale opportunities.

The anonymous developer also stressed that the overall goal is for Shiba Inu to become inclusive so everyone can adopt its technology. This includes the underrepresented, unbanked, and underdeveloped regions, establishing the ecosystem as a familiar brand like Google.

The lead developer likened Shiba Inu to Disney, stating that SHIB is Mickey Mouse’s mascot equivalent. According to Kusama, Shiba Inu is a Disney rebirth. He asserted that the ecosystem will incorporate technologies to evolve, similar to the media.
