The second largest meme cryptocurrency Shiba Inu’s ($SHIB) lead developer Shytoshi Kusama left the ‘SHIB Army’ with another puzzle to solve. As he appeared to have alerted the Shib community about the status of the much-anticipated “layer-2 blockchain Shibarium” via a cryptic update on his official Twitter account.
Shytoshi Kusama updated in his Twitter bio that;
Tending the Pine Tree of Life. Quickly learning to play the flute before putting Shibarium in a heart-shaped box with a bow.
The main developer has a habit of posting mysterious tweets for the Shiba Inu community, which tease the crypto enthusiast and provide hints about future developments. The latest update prompted speculations regarding the ‘layer-2 solution’ release date among Shiba community members.
Further, the crypto influencers and ShibArmy believe that “Shibarium Beta” will be launched on February 14, 2023, Valentine’s Day based on hints from the developer’s Twitter bio. Further, recently, the Doge killer Shiba Inu ranked as the “second most safe crypto project” in the blockchain industry.
Shiba Inu to the Moon
The excitement over Shibarium keeps increasing due to the announcement. Also, the prominent dog-themed cryptocurrency Shiba Inu ($SHIB) maintains 14 days of ‘green candles’ in a row.
Also, the $SHIB price has surged over 9% in the last 24 hours and 21% in the past week with a market cap of $6 billion, which increased around 7.5% in a day. At the time of writing, Shiba Inu traded at $0.0000120 and up around 50% in a month. The memecoin has a 24 hours trading volume of $558 million.
Further, the Shiba Inu ecosystem’s governance token Bone ShibaSwap ($BONE) rallied over 14% in the last 7 days and 88.7% in the last month. $BONE traded at $1.47 with a market cap of $242 million, and it has climbed around 142% from last year, as per CoinGecko.
