Robinhood Listing Terra Classic (LUNC)? Community Reacts

Commission-free stock and crypto trading platform Robinhood asked crypto Twitter the crypto they want to get listed next on the platform. Several crypto communities jumped in to mention their favorite cryptocurrencies, including the Terra Classic community asking to list the LUNC token. The Terra Classic community is also running a petition on Change.org to get LUNC listed on Robinhood.

Terra Classic Community Plans LUNC Listing on Robinhood

Crypto trading app Robinhood in a tweet on October 21 announced the platform is looking to list new cryptocurrencies. It asked users for suggestions on the next crypto they want to see on the platform. The tweet received nearly 13K comments, with every community suggesting their tokens.

The Terra Classic community also rushed in with suggestions to list LUNC. Several crypto exchanges including Binance, Crypto.com, KuCoin, Huobi, OKX, and others have supported the community for the on-chain burn of LUNC tokens. With some including Binance and MEXC Global burning for off-chain transactions such as spot and margin trades.

Currently, the community seeks support from Coinbase and Robinhood to list LUNC tokens. The community believes the huge LUNC trading volume and demand can benefit the exchanges. Last month, a petition was started on Change.org to list LUNC on Robinhood. The Shiba Inu community also started a petition last year to list SHIB on Robinhood. After receiving over 500K signatures, Robinhood finally listed SHIB in April this year. The LUNC petition has received nearly 7,000 signatures now.

LUNC Price Jumps Amid Market-Wide Bounce

Terra Classic (LUNC) price jumps over 6% in the last 24 hours. The 24-hour low and high are $0.000226 and $0.000241, respectively. At the time of writing, the LUNC price is trading at $0.000235.

Meanwhile, the Terra Classic community has burned over 22 billion LUNC tokens. Binance has burned over 11 billion LUNC in the last 3 weeks. Moreover, the total LUNC staked has jumped over 700 billion. The community has passed Proposal 5234, reducing the tax burn to 0.2%, to burn more LUNC.
