Ripple (XRP) reached $0.50 for the first time since November 2022. Whale Alert, a tracker, and analyzer of cryptocurrency transactions reported that there is a notable increase in the XRP’s whale transactions.
According to Whale Alert, there are 306,063,627 XRP transferred to several accounts within five transactions in the last 24 hours. The top transaction in the last 24 hours is 60,340,100 XRP worth nearly $32 billion from the world’s largest crypto exchange Binance to an unknown wallet.
Ripple (XRP) Price Surges by 25%
The second whale shifted 31,723,527 XRP tokens worth 17 million USD transferred from the crypto exchange Bitstamp to an unknown wallet. And then an unknown wallet transferred 100,000,000 XRP worth nearly $53 million to an unknown wallet. Ripple’s price increase largely attributed to the buying pressure among investors.
Then the fourth whale shifted Ripple’s 19,000,000 XRP tokens worth nearly $10 million transferred from an unknown wallet to a crypto exchange Bitstamp. And recently the 95,000,000 XRP was transferred from an unknown wallet to an unknown wallet. The retail investors bought Ripple (XRP) after the recent price surge but the whale investors appear to take the whole profits.
In recent times, Ripple involved in a lot of whale activity. The token has surged to the $0.50 price mark with the price increased by 25.15% in the last seven days. At the time of writing, the Ripple XRP token trading price is $0.5323 with an increase of 0.16% in the last hour. The XRP according to CoinMarketCap.
