MEXC Partners Aptos to Launch APT-Focused Events, Unveils 1.5 Million USDT Prize Pool

Renowned and secure layer 1 blockchain, Aptos announced it has entered a new partnership with MEXC, a leading cryptocurrency trading platform with low fees and top-tier liquidity.

According to the announcement, the partnership will see Aptos and MEXC combine efforts to launch a series of events centered around Aptos’ native token, APT.

Scheduled to commence on October 21, 2024, the event features a total prize pool of up to 1.5 million USDT, where users can participate in activities like Locked Savings and futures trading and share the grand prizes.

Furthermore, the event will allow users to enjoy zero trading fees for APT/USDT spot trading on the MEXC platform for 90 days. Users can also withdraw APT and USDT via the APT network without incurring any fees. This offer will run from 08:00, October 21, 2024, to 23:59, January 20, 2025 (UTC).

With the Locked Savings event, users will get the chance to share from 130,000 APT. This incentive will last 30 days from Oct 21 and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the total prize pool limit.

Notably, only users staking APT tokens for a fixed term of 30 days on MEXC will qualify for a 10% APR return, with a maximum staking of 500 APT per user. New users staking APT tokens for a fixed term of 30 days will also qualify for 20% APR, with a maximum staking of 200 APT per user.

The final event is the Futures Showdown, which will be held from October 21, 2024, to November 4, 2024 (UTC). Participants will receive a share of 200,000 USDT in Futures Bonus.

Per the announcement, the first 3,000 eligible users who trade APT futures with a trading volume of no less than 50,000 USDT will share 100,000 USDT in futures bonuses. Also, the first 10,000 eligible new users who trade APT futures for the first time with a trading volume of no less than 10,000 USDT will each receive a 10 USDT futures bonus reward.
