Litecoin ETF Records Five Straight Days With Zero Net Inflows: What’s Next for LTC?

  • Canary Litecoin ETF records zero net inflows for five consecutive trading days
  • Fund’s net assets remain at $7.44 million with minimal trading volume of $747,600
  • XRP and Solana ETFs pull in hundreds of millions while Litecoin lags behind

The only Litecoin ETF trading in the United States has failed to attract any new capital for five straight sessions, according to data from SoSoValue. The Canary Litecoin Spot ETF (LTCC) posted $0.00 in daily net inflows through November 25.

The fund launched on October 28, 2025, and has accumulated just $7.26 million in total inflows since its debut. Net assets currently stand at $7.44 million. Trading volume remains limited at $747,600, indicating minimal market participation.

Other Crypto ETFs Outperform by Wide Margin

XRP ETFs recorded $164 million in net inflows during a single trading session, SoSoValue data shows. Solana ETFs have pulled in nearly $570 million since launching, while XRP funds have accumulated $586 million total. Neither product has recorded a single day of outflows.

Litecoin currently trades at $84.94, down from higher levels earlier in 2025. The lack of ETF activity raises questions about institutional appetite for LTC exposure through traditional investment vehicles.

Lite Strategy, formerly MEI Pharma, holds 929,548 LTC valued at approximately $79.33 million. This position accounts for 1.214% of Litecoin’s total supply. The company acquired these tokens for $100 million at an average price of $108 per coin.

Additional ETF Filings Await Approval

Three more Litecoin ETF applications are pending regulatory clearance. Grayscale filed to convert its Litecoin Trust into a spot ETF in January 2025. The trust currently manages $163.88 million in assets. CoinShares and REX-Osprey also submitted applications for Nasdaq-listed spot exposure.

Grayscale is the largest crypto-focused asset manager by AUM as of October 2025. The firm’s entry could add credibility to the Litecoin ETF market. Additional products may improve liquidity and pricing efficiency across the asset class.

Lite Strategy now carries an unrealized loss of $20.67 million on its LTC holdings, representing a 20.7% decline from its purchase price. Charlie Lee, who created Litecoin, serves as a non-executive director on the company’s board. The firm shifted from pharmaceutical development to cryptocurrency treasury operations.

The company’s market capitalization stands at $67.33 million with shares trading at $1.83. Whether new ETF launches can reverse investor sentiment remains unclear.

The Canary fund’s extended period without inflows suggests continued hesitation around Litecoin compared to other digital assets.
