A comprehensive regulatory guideline for stablecoin issuers has been released by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), following the recent enactment of the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins Act, commonly referred to as the GENIUS Act.
