CUDOS May Join Fetch, Singularity, and Ocean in ASI Alliance

  • CUDOS is set to join SingularityNET, Fetch.ai, and Ocean Protocol in the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI).
  • This strategic addition would give the Alliance access to thousands of new AI GPUs and enhance scalability across the group.

Leading decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) for Artificial Intelligence (AI), CUDOS is on the verge of joining the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI) after its request was approved, pending a community vote. According to the announcement, voting would occur from September 19, 2024, to September 24, 2024. Depending on the outcome, CUDOS may be merged into the Alliance made up of SingularityNET, Fetch.ai, and Ocean Protocol, unifying the networks under one ecosystem.

This groundbreaking integration implies that the Alliance would get access to thousands of the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) GPUs, including the latest Nvidia Blackwell GB200. In the long run, this would enhance the computing power for decentralized AI innovations. Another benefit of this integration highlighted in the official press release is the enhancement of scalable computing across the Alliance, securing vulnerabilities and other risks, increasing efficiency, and reducing bottlenecks.

According to our research, the CUDOS and FET (ASI) conversion tokens would be set at – CUDOS 112.427:1 FET. The token merge fees would be 5%, the average price would be a 30-day window, vesting (public) would be three months, and vesting (Treasury) would be ten months.

Commentaries on the CUDOS Integration into ASI

Commenting on this collaboration, the founder of CUDOS, Matt Hawkins, disclosed that the move might create a seamless ecosystem where AI and blockchain technology could coexist. In addition, he stated that his establishment would have the opportunity to build the largest vertically integrated decentralized AI technology stack.

This partnership is not just about combining our resources; it’s about creating a seamless ecosystem where AI and blockchain technology can thrive together, pushing the boundaries of what decentralized AI can achieve. By leveraging CUDOS’ powerful computing network within the ASI framework, we’re setting the stage for groundbreaking advancements in AI that will redefine the future of technology and pave the way for decentralized AGI and ASI.

According to reports, CUDOS ‘consideration to be part of this alliance is based on the fact that its cloud model has a significant edge over traditional centralized approaches. On top of that, its premium AI infrastructure can be accessed at approximately 50% of the cost of Amazon AWS. This could boost the impact of Fetch.ai and SingularityNET’s $153 million investment. Generally, the collaboration could potentially enhance product development across the Alliance while ensuring that the utility of the unified ASI token, FET, is boosted.

According to Humayun Sheikh, CEO of Fetch.ai and chairman of the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, integrating CUDOS is a huge step towards the company’s mission of commercializing AI.

This collaboration, pending community approval, will unlock unprecedented computing power and innovation potential, enabling us to build robust revenue models and capitalize on the equipment we’ve developed. By joining forces, we are taking a crucial step towards the Alliance’s mission of achieving Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Artificial Superintelligence (ASI), offering a viable alternative to centralized solutions and bringing us closer to realizing the full potential of a truly autonomous and profitable global ecosystem.

At price time, FET was trading at $1.3 after surging by 6% in the last 24 hours.
