Bybit has already taken crucial steps in the early months of his year, by registering with the Financial Intelligence Unit-India (FIU-IND) in January 2025. The primary objective of this step is to ensure that all activities are under control with India’s Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Working was initially restored on February 25, 2025, where verified users could access all trading functionality. Complete working of the website and app was brought to life only after a huge interaction with authorities, which has been successfully done now.

It’s not a comeback; it’s a new chapter for Bybit in India.”

In short, the only reason behind this step is to provide enough security and protection to users while trading in crypto with transparent and error-free services. Hence, the main purpose is to expand the crypto ecosystem throughout India and make it a community-led initiative for Indian users. At the same time, they keenly observe the minute ups and downs for users ‘privacy and try to build a strong and trusted image among users.

At this, Vikas Gupta, Country Manager of Bybit India, further gives remarks, “We are thrilled to provide Indian users with a smooth and compliant trading experience.
