DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Sept. 25, 2025 — H.E. Nguyen Hoa Binh, the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam, was received for an official working session in Dubai by Bybit, the second-largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world based on trading volume.
Ben Zhou, Bybit’s co-founder and CEO, Helen Liu, Bybit’s co-CEO, and Yonghui Tan, Bybit’s CFO, attended the high-level meeting, which highlighted the company’s expanding collaboration with Vietnam. It comes after some recent partnerships, including the nation’s regulatory sandbox project to encourage the growth of its digital asset ecosystem and a historic MOU with the Da Nang People’s Committee.
The Deputy Prime Minister praised Bybit’s rapid international expansion and success during the conversation, highlighting Vietnam’s goal of creating a pilot legal framework for digital assets as part of its broader plan to promote innovation and establish an International Financial Center. He affirmed Bybit’s position as a reliable partner and urged the business to continue its journey with Vietnam on this significant expedition.
Bybit emphasized its dedication to Vietnam, where it serves over 2.5 million customers, accounting for approximately 15% of the nation’s digital asset market. The crypto firm reiterated that it is prepared to:
- Support the development of Vietnam’s digital asset legal framework;
- Share international best practices and regulatory expertise;
- Contribute to training and developing skilled talent for the nation’s blockchain ecosystem.
