It is official: the well-known crypto exchange Bitget has become a regional partner of MotoGP.
The partnership specifically concerns four Grand Prix events in 2025, namely those of Italy, Germany, Catalonia (Spain), and Indonesia.
The collaboration between Bitget and MotoGP began at the iconic circuito del Mugello, right during the Italian Grand Prix.
Bitget: the perfect bridge that unites the speed of crypto with that of MotoGP
Bitget is one of the most well-known crypto exchanges in the world.
It is in the top 10 of crypto exchanges with the highest daily trading volumes, and it has one of the most visited crypto websites in the world.
It was founded in 2018, and now has more than 120 million users in over 150 countries worldwide.
Its mission is to help users trade more intelligently, for example through copy trading.
It also has its own non-custodial wallet, Bitget Wallet (previously known as BitKeep), which supports more than 130 blockchains, with multi-chain trading, staking, advanced swaps, and direct access to over 20,000 dApps.
One of the goals of the exchange is precisely to promote the adoption of cryptocurrencies through strategic partnerships, so much so that, for example, it is already the official crypto partner of the top Spanish football league, LALIGA.
MotoGP
MotoGP has been a global brand of sports and entertainment since 1949.
His “motomondiale” is the world motorcycle championship, divided into Grand Prix races that take place on different circuits around the world.
The world motorcycle championship was established right at the end of the 1948 sports season, and began with the Tourist Trophy on the Isle of Man on June 13, 1949.
Initially, the categories in the race were the 125, the 250, the 350, the 500, and the sidecars, while today there are MotoE, Moto3 (up to 250 cm³), Moto2 (up to 765 cm³), and MotoGP (up to 1000 cm³).
It is an extremely followed championship all over the world, and the 2025 season started in March in Thailand. It includes a total of 22 Grand Prix, of which nine have already taken place. The next one will be in the Netherlands, while the last one, in November, will be in Spain.
The Gran Premio d’Italia del Mugello has just concluded over the weekend.
Bitget x MotoGP: the crypto partnership that conquers motorsport
The partnership between Bitget and MotoGP will develop in numerous important events of the 2025 championship, bringing the energy of blockchain and the adrenaline of two wheels to the track.
At the center of the campaign is the three-time MotoGP world champion Jorge Lorenzo. The new collaboration includes on-track activations, exclusive VIP experiences and a series of multiplatform digital initiatives designed to unite racing enthusiasts and crypto users under a single banner made of performance, resilience, and speed.
Specifically, Bitget, now established among the top crypto exchanges and Web3 companies in the world, enters the MotoGP world as a Regional Partner for a selection of Grand Prix in Europe and Southeast Asia, bringing the precision of engineering on the track to meet the agility of trading algorithms.
The collaboration officially started on the occasion of the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello, where the paddock was transformed into an exclusive experience by Bitget: behind-the-scenes access for media and KOL, meetings with the riders, and content designed to experience the thrill of the race weekend in a new immersive dimension. And we at The Cryptonomist were right there, experiencing this sensational day alongside the main bull and bear figures of Bitget and the MotoGP world.
As mentioned, the agreement will touch several key milestones of the 2025 calendar, including Italia, Germania, Spagna e Indonesia, consolidating the link between the world of motorsport and that of decentralized finance.
This new alliance is part of a broader strategy by Bitget, already known for its prominent partnerships with Lionel Messi, Juventus, and LALIGA, confirming its leading role in connecting the crypto sector to popular culture.
With over 120 million global users and a daily trading volume exceeding 20 billion dollars, Bitget continues to rewrite the narrative on criptovalute, focusing not on volatility, but on vision, credibility, and victory.
Comments from leaders
As ambassador of the new partnership, the MotoGP world champion Jorge Lorenzo stated:
“I’ve always believed that you win races not just on instinct — but by making every lap, every line, every second count. It’s the same mindset Bitget brings to trading, and I’m proud to be part of this story. The worlds of MotoGP and crypto aren’t as different as they seem — they both reward those who stay sharp and think fast.”
The CCO of MotoGP, Dan Rossomondo, added:
“MotoGP is built on precision, innovation, and high-speed decisions — values that align naturally with Bitget”
The CEO of Bitget, Gracy Chen, commented by saying:
“Racing is a sport of milliseconds; crypto is a market of micro-decisions. This partnership is our way of showing the world that success — on the track or on the charts — comes down to smart moves and fearless execution. We’re excited to join MotoGP in putting power, precision, and potential into the hands of every user and every fan”.
