Using GetAgent, an AI-powered crypto assistant, users were able to connect with Satoshi’s ideas during the 17th anniversary of the Bitcoin Whitepaper.

Global Curiosity: What Do Crypto Users Want to Know About Bitcoin’s Origins?

The #AskSatoshiWithGetAgent campaign attracted over 10,000 participants from 90 countries, generating more than 30,000 questions.

While many still focused on Bitcoin’s price, a significant portion explored deeper philosophical questions about its creation. The most common topics included:

  • Bitcoin’s Ideals and Evolution: Nearly 40% of questions explored whether Bitcoin still aligns with Satoshi’s original vision, touching on decentralization, trust, and Bitcoin’s role in the modern world.
  • Satoshi’s Disappearance: Many users were curious about why Satoshi vanished and what this means for Bitcoin’s future.
  • Bitcoin and AI: Questions arose about whether Satoshi would embrace AI and how he might view the changing crypto landscape.

Regionally, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Europe showed the most engagement. Interestingly, 75% of English-language questions came from non-English-speaking countries, highlighting how AI tools like GetAgent are bridging language barriers in the crypto space.

How Bitget’s GetAgent Is Changing User Behavior

The report also highlighted how AI tools like GetAgent are influencing user behavior:

  • Active Trading: A significant 90% of GetAgent users traded within the last 30 days, with 75% trading in the past week. Activity peaked between 10 PM and midnight, indicating a growing reliance on AI during high-volume market hours.
  • Educational Use: Daytime usage was more focused on research, strategy, and learning, showing that users view GetAgent as a tool for both trading and education.
  • User Maturity: VIP users, who are more experienced, engage with advanced features like K-line charts and customized questions on market cycles and hedging. Regular users, in contrast, asked more general questions, indicating a growing understanding of crypto fundamentals.

Shifting Crypto Sentiment From Speculation to Purpose

Bitget’s CEO, Gracy Chen, emphasized that the report reveals a shift in the crypto community. “Crypto users are asking more about purpose, not just price,” she said.

The focus is moving from short-term speculation to a deeper interest in Bitcoin’s underlying principles, such as decentralization, privacy, and long-term sustainability.

As cryptocurrency and AI continue to converge, Bitget is positioning itself as a leader in this space. Its Universal Exchange (UEX) model supports both novice and experienced traders, offering AI-driven tools for trading and strategy.
