WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event 2026 Start Time, Match Card And Odds

WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event 2026 marks the final stop before the Royal Rumble and the unofficial start of the Road to WrestleMania 42.

Just last month, WWE held its final SNME of 2025, a loaded show that featured the final match of John Cena’s legendary career. This Saturday, the stakes are high once again as numerous major storylines come to a head. With next week’s Royal Rumble expected to feature just four matches, that has increased the importance of the first SNME of 2026.

Among the big storyline developments expected at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event XLIII are the latest step in the feud between Jacob Fatu and Cody Rhodes, major movement in the women’s tag team division and the crowning of a new No. 1 contender for Drew McIntyre’s WWE Championship.

  • WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez

WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event 2026 Betting Odds

Below are full betting odds from BetOnline.ag for WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event 2026:

Fatal 4-Way No. 1 Contender’s Match: Damian Priest (+700) vs. Randy Orton (+300) vs. Sami Zayn (-600) vs. Trick Williams (+700)

The No. 1 contender’s Fatal-4 Way match may technically have four participants, but only two superstars involved appear to have a realistic shot at actually winning it: Randy Orton and Sami Zayn, who is reportedly set for a world title feud in the near future.

Both Zayn and Orton have lengthy histories with McIntyre, but “The Viper” seems to have finally moved on from his feud with the Scottish star. Though Zayn would have been a great underdog candidate to win the 2026 WWE Royal Rumble, that doesn’t appear to be in the cards.

Instead, Zayn is both the logical and sentimental favorite at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. Expect the issues between Orton and Williams to take both men out of the finish while Zayn capitalizes on the situation by pinning Priest, who isn’t being pushed as a world title contender right now.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley (-700) vs. Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez (+400)

While Ripley and Sky are not planned to hold the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship until WrestleMania 42, they did just win the titles a few weeks ago on Raw.

Had they won the titles a few months ago, it would be much more likely that they’d drop the belts to Morgan and Perez of Judgment Day on Saturday. That’s certainly still a possibility, especially with Raquel Rodriguez potentially set to interfere in the match in some way, shape or form.

Still, the fact that Ripley and Sky haven’t even been champions for three weeks suggests they will retain at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Cody Rhodes (-175) vs. Jacob Fatu (+135)

Much like the Women’s Tag Team Championship match, Fatu vs. Rhodes is considered to be a virtual toss-up.

Given WWE’s reported WrestleMania plans for both of these stars, it’s highly unlikely that there is going to be a clean finish one way or the other in Montreal. No, the most probable outcome is some sort of controversial ending, perhaps with McIntyre interfering and costing either Fatu or Rhodes the match.

As difficult as it is to envision Rhodes losing a second match within a few weeks, Rhodes losing at Saturday Night’s Main Event in a convoluted finish is the way to go unless there is a double DQ or countout.

AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (No Odds Available)

AJ Styles appeared on SmackDown this week in a backstage segment, and the result was a randomly thrown together match with his former rival Shinsuke Nakamura.

At this stage of his career, Nakamura isn’t in a position where he’s pushed very strongly, especially in comparison to the soon-to-be-expiring Styles. Of course, Styles will put his career on the line against Gunther next week at Royal Rumble, which means that Nakamura has virtually no shot here.

WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event is all about giving Styles a big win to help him gain some momentum as he approaches his clash with Gunther.
