Topline
Predicting what way Academy Award voters will lean is no easy task, which is why Forbes is tracking wins and nominations for 10 nominees for Best Picture in other top contests throughout awards season—by that metric, The Power Of The Dog, West Side Story and Dune appear to be this year’s leading contenders, though CODA’s strong performance at this weekend’s Writers Guild Awards and Producers Guild Awards could help it snag the top prize.
