WWE Raw Winners And Match Card

Bobby Lashley def. Seth Rollins

Fans couldn’t get enough of Seth Rollins’ theme music, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they were on Rollins’ side. The announce team insisted the crowd was split, but there were loud “let’s go Bobby” chants throughout.

Seth Rollins tried to hit a stomp, but Bobby Lashley’s neck proved too strong and he didn’t buzz. This was a great spot that got a rise out of the crowd.

Anybody who has been paying any type of attention to the Seth Rollins vs. Matt Riddle feud could have told you Riddle was going to get involved and cost Seth Rollins the United States Championship. That’s exactly what happened.

Damage CTRL Championship Celebration

Just days after Shotzi managed to turn babyface with out a tank, Damage CTRL entered the SAP Arena in a golf cart decked out with their logo and likenesses.

Poor Dakota Kai had to deal with “what” chants but didn’t seem thrown off by them at all.

Damage CTRL have a habit of long segments that could have gotten to the point in half the time .This week’s segment ended in a challenge from Alexa goo Bayley.

Kevin Owens def. Austin Theory

This was the second match in a row with a distraction finish. Wrestlers have the attention span of a fly.

By the time this match went on, WWE was going head-to-head with not one, but two Monday Night Football games.

The Brawlin’ Brutes def. The Street Profits

Not only did the Street Profits dress in baseball jerseys similar to the San Francisco Giants, Montez Ford shouted out Kanye West’s “Late Registration” album with the line “here’s another hit, Barry Bonds.”

While on offense, Montez Ford hilariously mocked Ridge Holland by skating around on his knees and pretending to sell his back.

This match got a lot of time and it was good to see a fresh matchup with new spots between the teams.

The Judgment Day def. Riddle and Mysterio

Rhea Ripley continues to whisper in Dominik Mysterio’s ear, and Corey Graves is all for this budding relationship. He even wants them to get married.

The Judgment Day received immense heat, namely Dominik Mysterio, who milked it for everything it was worse.

Ripley did her best Chyna impression by intermittently doing spots with Matt Riddle on the outside of the ring.

Rey Mysterio refused to strike Dominik with a steel chair, and Dominik knew Rey wouldn’t be able to do it. One of these days, they need to have a spot where a conflicted Rey Mysterio actually pulls the trigger in hitting his son with the chair.

Backstage, Seth Rollins and Matt Riddle were brawling backstage. Riddle challenged Rollins to a “fight pit” match at Extreme Rules.

MizTV with Dexter Lumis

Dexter Lumis’ entrance this week included the man using a knife to cut his way from underneath the ring. I still don’t understand why he’s the babyface of this feud, but at least it was a fun visual.

The Miz seemed to admit to assault by punching a Minion in the face at his daughter’s third birthday, thinking it was Dexter Lumis.

Tommaso Ciampa scurried off from Dexter Lumis before saving The Miz from getting dragged under the ring, and then fighting Lumis off with a microphone.

Bayley def. Alexa Bliss

An underrated highlight of this main event was Asuka agreeing to babysit Lilly.

Bayley screamed “idiot” right before delivering the Roseplant.

WWE continues to build up Bayley and Damage CTRL, first with the women’s tag team titles, then with Bayley beating Raquel Rodriguez on SmackDown, and now with Bayley defeating Alexa Bliss and laying out Bianca Belair. I’d be surprised if she didn’t beat Bianca Belair at Extreme Rules for the Raw Women’s Championship.
