Derek reiterated how much love Robert has for his family and said the world needs the Irwin family. Kym loved the moment between Robert and Terri at the end and highlighted Terri’s love for her family.

Elaine Hendrix And Alan Bersten

Scores: 30/40 (Carrie Ann 8, Derek 7, Kym 7, Bruno 8)

Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten performed a Foxtrot to “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)” by Natalie Cole, dedicating the routine to her best friend and The Parent Trap co-star, Lisa Ann Walter (Chessy).

Carrie Ann called the routine amazing and a wonderful way to celebrate friendship. Derek said Elaine is an absolute joy to watch, but he told her to keep her shoulders back and down. Kym added that the dance made her heart happy and offered a suggestion on her frame. Bruno loved how they were having a great time and praised the pure glamour and Hollywood style.

Whitney Leavitt And Mark Ballas

Scores: 33/40 (Carrie Ann 9, Derek 8, Kym 8, Bruno 8)

Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas performed a Contemporary to “Heal” by Jamal Roberts, dedicating the routine to her husband, Connor.

Derek said that it was beautiful to watch Whitney share that special moment with Connor, but noted that she was out of sync during the side-by-side. Bruno said he was breathless with all the twists, turns, and ups and downs. Kym added that she’s loved Whitney week after week. Carrie Ann concluded that when Whitney dances, it takes her to an emotional place that’s hard to put into words. She also mentioned that Whitney was out of sync.

Jen Affleck And Jan Ravnik

Scores: 29/40 (Carrie Ann 8, Derek 7, Kym 7, Bruno 7)

Jen Affleck and Jan Ravnik performed a Viennese Waltz to “Rescue” by Lauren Daigle, dedicating the routine to her mother, Maria.

Kym said she could feel the love between Jen and her mom, but advised her to stay grounded on the floor. Bruno noted that her dancing is improving, but she needs to improve her flow. Carrie Ann called it the most passionate dance she’s performed yet, while Derek said the routine was graceful and beautiful.

Dylan Efron And Daniella Karagach

Scores: 36/40 (Carrie Ann 9, Derek 9, Kym 9, Bruno 9)

Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach performed a Contemporary to “Rewrite the Stars” by Zac Efron & Zendaya, dedicating the routine to his little sister, Olivia.

Bruno called it a fantastic number and applauded him for the challenging lifts. Carrie Ann said she felt the dance to the bottom of her soul. Derek joked that he hates Dylan because he’s a great guy, in shape and he can dance. Kym thanked Daniella for being incredible every week and teaching Dylan, who’s actually learning what she’s teaching him.

Jordan Chiles And Ezra Sosa

Scores: 32/40 (Carrie Ann 8, Derek 8, Kym 8, Bruno 8)

Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa performed a Viennese Waltz to “Daughters” by John Mayer, dedicating the routine to her father, Timothy.

Carrie Ann called the routine touching and profound and said that Jordan is blossoming into something spectacular. Derek said that watching Jordan and her father dance made him excited to dance with his own child one day. Kym applauded Ezra’s risk for letting Jordan and her dad dance solo for most of the time, and said that it paid off. Bruno finished the commentary by praising Jordan’s improvement and how she keeps getting better and better. “Keep going, my love,” he said.

Scott Hoying And Rylee Arnold

Scores: 30/40 (Carrie Ann 7, Derek 8, Kym 7, Bruno 8)

Derek said their foxtrot was a beautiful way to dedicate the dance to the love of his life. “I saw the effort and the commitment,” he said. Kym added that she could see improvement and offered some tips. Bruno called the routine a true love foxtrot but noticed that Scott tends to lean forward in his posture. Carrie Ann said the dance felt disjointed, like he would be in a proper hold and then collapse in it. She advised him to watch Rylee in rehearsals to match her line.

Danielle Fishel and Pasha Pashkov

Scores: 29/40 (Carrie Ann 7, Derek 7, Kym 7, Bruno 8)

Kym said the routine made our nostalgic hearts very happy, but offered some tips on how to improve her dance style. Bruno called Danielle a great performer but wants her to “sharpen” her edges, especially with the flicks. Carrie Ann noted that some of Danielle’s dances are starting to feel repetitive. Derek concluded by calling the dance lively, light, lovable and a proper jive.

Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy

Scores: 35/40 (Carrie Ann 8, Derek 9, Kym 9, Bruno 9)

Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy performed a Contemporary to “Sparks” by Coldplay, dedicating the routine to her younger sister, Izabel. Bruno praised the routine, calling it technically difficult, yet Alix made it look easy and natural.
